1How do I apply for a property?

Browse our available properties online, then submit an application through our secure portal. We will guide you through the referencing process from there.

2What documents do I need to provide?

You will need photo ID (passport or driving licence), proof of income (recent payslips or tax returns), and a reference from a previous landlord if applicable.

3How much deposit is required?

Typically, the deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. All deposits are protected with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme.

4How do I report a maintenance issue?

You can report maintenance issues 24/7 through our dedicated FixFlo portal. For emergencies, please call our office directly.

5Can I decorate or make changes to the property?

Any alterations must be agreed in writing with the landlord before being carried out. Please contact us to discuss any changes you wish to make.

6How do I end my tenancy?

You must provide written notice in accordance with your tenancy agreement. Please contact our office and we will guide you through the process.
