1What services do you offer landlords?

We provide a comprehensive management service including property marketing, tenant referencing, legal documentation, rent collection, regular inspections, maintenance management, and full financial reporting.

2How much do your management services cost?

Our fees are competitive and transparent. We offer a full management service at a percentage of the monthly rental income. Contact us for a bespoke quote based on your portfolio.

3How do you find tenants for my property?

We market your property across all major property portals including Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as our own website. We also maintain a waiting list of pre-vetted applicants.

4What tenant referencing do you carry out?

We conduct comprehensive checks including credit history, employment verification, previous landlord references, and affordability assessments for every applicant.

5How are maintenance issues handled?

Tenants report issues through our FixFlo portal. We coordinate repairs using our network of trusted, vetted contractors. Emergency repairs are handled 24/7.

6How often do you inspect the property?

We carry out routine inspections at least every 6 months, with detailed reports and photographs provided to you after each visit.

7When do I receive my rental income?

Rental income is transferred to your nominated bank account on a monthly basis, along with a detailed financial statement.

8Are you registered with relevant bodies?

Yes. We are RICS registered, members of the Scottish Association of Landlords, and registered with the local authority (LARN1903015).
